Shipping Policy & Returns

1. Our Philosophy
At Sunria, every piece is a labor of time and patience—from the delicate 1/128-split silk threads to the finest cashmere. We want you to cherish your piece as much as we cherished making it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your package is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Complete with all original packaging (including the signature Sunria gift box and heritage cards).

Attached with all original tags.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate nature of certain products and the bespoke craftsmanship involved, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalised/Monogrammed Items: Any piece specifically embroidered with custom initials.

Gift Cards.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or final sale (unless faulty).

4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email our concierge team at [Your Email Address] with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the return shipping instructions within 48 hours.

5. Return Shipping
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a craft defect, we will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Personal Preference Returns: For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
